DAY 1 PHNOM PENH
On arrival you are welcomed by the representative of our local partner agency. Then transfer to the hotel in the city center. Time at leisure.
DAY 2 PHNOM PENH
Sightseeing tour in- and around the bustling capital, which will show you some of the highlights. You will see the Royal Palace, the Silver Pagoda, the hill temple
of Wat Phnom, which is the most important one for the locals, but also take stroll over central market. An optional visit to Tuol Sleng (museum of genocide) and the Killing
Fields outside the city can be included as well, if you wish to do so. Lunch break will be at a local restaurant.
DAY 3 PHNOM PENH - SIEM RAEP
Full day tour to Siem Raep. On route have some brief stops at local villages and lunch at a local restaurant. Just before reaching Siem Raep do a side trip to the
Tonle Sap Lake. There enjoy a boat trip and visit one of the floating villages to get an impression about the daily life of these fishing people living in simple huts on the water.
In Siem Raep take a quick look in to a wood- and stone carving centre. In the late afternoon you will arrive at the hotel.
DAY 4 SIEM RAEP
After breakfast pick up from the hotel. Today's tour in- and around Siem Raep will show you all major sights, such as Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom, the giant stone face
temple of Bayon, the atmospheric ruins of Ta Prohm, the Elephant Terrace etc. Have lunch at a local restaurant on route. Transfer back to your hotel in the afternoon.
DAY 5 SIEM RAEP
Time at leisure or take a walk in the small city for some shopping. Then transfer to the airport and continue your journey...or extend your stay in Siem Raep, depend
on your further schedule.

REMARKS/FLEXIBILITY:
Visa for Cambodia available on arrival in Siem Raep against a fee of US$ 20.- (you should bring a passport photo with you).
This tour can also be done vice versa
with start in Siem Raep and end in Phnom Penh.
Additional nights in Phnom Penh and/or Siem Raep can be booked with us.
On day 3 it is also possible to fly the distance between
Phnom Penh and Siem Raep or travel by boat via the Tonle Sap Lake.

To/from Phnom Penh daily flights from/to Bangkok by Thai Airways, Bangkok Airways and Air Asia. To/from Siem Raep daily flights from/to Bangkok by Bangkok Airways.
Overland transfers from/to Phnom Penh to/from the beach resort of Sihanoukville (3,5 hrs) and the Cambodian/Thai border at Ko Kong/Trat (5 hrs). From/to Siem Raep overland transfers
to/from the Cambodian/Thai border at Poipet/ Aranyaprathet (2 hrs), resp. 4 hrs. to/from the border at Pailyn/Ban Pakard (connect to Trat/Koh Chang). All these flights and transfers
